Colliers has hired Andrew Crow as a director in its development advisory team.
Crow joins the business from Newmark Gerald Eve where he spent 20 years working on a number of significant development projects across private, public and charity sector estates across London and the UK.
In his new role, he will focus on unlocking opportunities for a range of public and private landowners, developers and high net worth individuals in navigating land assembly, feasibility, financial viability, estate regeneration, options assessments and exit strategies.
Andrew White, head of residential at Colliers, said: “The addition of Andrew to our development advisory team is a real win not only for us, but for our clients. The UK residential market is being continually frustrated by a lack of momentum when it comes to development and the constantly changing landscape of planning and regulation. With Andrew’s experience and expertise we will be able to offer best in class strategic advice to give our clients the best chance of success with their projects.”
Crow added: “I’m really excited about the next phase of my career at Colliers, working with its broad range of clients to explore and unlock development opportunities across the UK.”
