Colliers has appointed Will Foster from BNP Paribas Real Estate as a director within its national offices team.

Foster, who has more than 25 years of experience in the office market, has a strong track record advising major landlords on leasing strategy, asset positioning, development advisory and occupier engagement.

Foster said: “I’m delighted to join Colliers at such an exciting stage of the team’s development. The South East offices team have an excellent track record of advising on some of the region’s most significant occupier transactions while also developing a growing and highly respected landlord advisory business, which I look forward to helping expand further.

“The opportunity to join a business with such strong momentum, a collaborative culture and a national platform was extremely compelling. I’m looking forward to working with Willem and the wider team to build on that success and continue delivering outstanding results for our clients.”

Willem Janssen, director at Colliers, added: “Will is a fantastic addition to our team. He brings strong market knowledge, outstanding client relationships and a proven track record advising some of the most significant landlords across the South East.
