Logicor has secured detailed planning consent for the 89,052 sq ft Spring 89 logistics and manufacturing development in Smethwick.
Spring 89, which is Logicor’s first mid-box development of this size, offers direct access to the M5 and M6 motorways and has 1,250kVA of power capacity.
Logicor is targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Outstanding ratings for the unit, which will have a 12.5m clear eaves height, 50kN floor loading, a 50m yard depth, two level access doors, nine dock doors and covered cycle storage.

Fisher German and Savills have been appointed as joint leasing agents for Logicor Spring 89.
