Colliers has recruited North West warehousing specialist Andrew Pexton from Harworth Group.
Pexton, who has more than 35 years’ experience operating in the I&L sector in and around Manchester, was a regional director at Harworth Group and prior to that he worked for GVA, Avison Young and JLL.
Len Rosso, head of the Colliers’ UK industrial and logistics team, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Andrew to the team, he has a long-established reputation in the region and brings with him a unique perspective having worked client-side with a developer most recently.
