BNP Paribas Real Estate has bolstered its development and planning team with the appointment of Rob Holloway as senior director.
Holloway, who has nearly two decades of consultancy expertise in development planning and transport strategy, joins the company from RSK where he held the role of senior associate director for almost three years.
In his new role, he will support landowners, developers and stakeholders to unlock the full potential of land and development opportunities. Holloway will work closely with head of development and planning Tom Stanley to further bolster the firm’s regional expertise.
Stanley said: “Rob’s ability to identify risks to delivery early, build trust with key stakeholders, and lead teams through complex challenges is exactly what our clients need in today’s planning and development landscape. He’s commercially astute, technically very strong and a valuable addition to the wider team.”
Holloway added: “There has long been a trend of increasing development opportunities across the North. With the recent levelling up agenda, and northern powerhouse and metropolitan areas becoming increasingly organised, there is now a real momentum across the North. We’re seeing major regeneration projects, infrastructure investment and growing demand for strategic land. I look forward to working closely with clients at the heart of that growth, helping them to navigate complexity and unlock long-term value in a changing market.
