Birmingham-based residential developer Court Collaboration has received planning permission for two BTR residential towers in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
The scheme, which has been christened Ora, is being built on the site of an existing 1960s car park, which will be demolished and replaced by a 46-storey tower and a 15-storey tower offering 581 new one- and two-bedroom homes.
Ora has been designed by CallisonRTKL and features “world class” amenities including rooftop facilities, flexible co-working space, a gym and a concierge service for residents.
