Global Holdings Management Group has let 2,607 sq ft of office space to creative agency Hijinks at its Frith + Bateman building in London’s Soho.
Hijinks has agreed a five-year lease for the space on the third floor of the building, which was acquired by Global Holdings Management Group last year.
The company has undertaken a refurbishment of the building to provide fully fitted and furnished creative style workspaces ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.
Josh Lawrence, chief executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “Soho is a fun place for people to work and is a perfect location for creative businesses such as Hijinks. As long-term investors in Soho, we understand the lack of high quality workspace in the area, so we are delighted to have completed our refurbishment of Frith + Bateman. We have worked closely with our in-house design studio and asset management team to turn Frith + Bateman into must-have office and retail space in this thriving and well-connected part of London.”
Bluebook is the retained leasing agent for Frith + Bateman.
