Housebuilder The Hill Group has promoted Matt Wilson to group technical director.
Wilson joined Hill in 2008 as a technical co-ordinator and most recently held the position of technical manager for the eastern region.
In his new role, he will lead the group’s technical functions, making sure that all development plans align with current and forthcoming legislation.
Wilson will also play a key role in supporting the delivery of Hill’s new five-year business plan, will look at driving efficiencies through standardised approaches to development and contribute to the company’s land acquisition strategy.
