The Residences residential scheme in Croydon has been put up for sale by Interpath for an undisclosed price.

The freehold operational multifamily investment provides 156 one- and two-bedroom residential apartments and a commercial unit.

The building, which is located half a mile from East Croydon train station, offers asset management opportunities to enhance performance and create value through improvement initiatives.

Laura Skoda, associate director, Savills operational capital markets, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “The Residences is a highly desirable investment opportunity, offering secure reversionary income and significant value-add potential through asset management initiatives.

“It is available for sale either as a direct asset sale or through the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of a wholly-owned UK-domiciled property company. Given its prime location and excellent connectivity, we anticipate strong investor interest.”
