Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Matthew Bouw as chief executive of the APAC and EMEA regions effective from 1 May 2025.
Bouw has served as chief executive of the APAC region at Cushman & Wakefield since 2017 and is taking on the EMEA role from Colin Wilson who is leaving the firm. Wilson will continue in an advisory role to ensure an orderly transition of responsibilities.
During Bouw’s 13 years at Cushman & Wakefield, he has also held global executive positions in the Chicago office, including global chief administrative officer and global chief HR and strategy officer.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked across a variety of industries and for several large global companies, including PwC, Aviva, Orica, Leighton and UGL.
In his new role, Bouw will relocate to London and will oversee a single operating model across both regions.
