Cushman & Wakefield has confirmed Thomas Carthy as the company’s head of Ireland.
Carthy, who has more than 35 years of real estate industry experience, has performed the role on an interim basis since December last year.
He joined the firm in 2017 to lead the agency side of the business, and in his new role he will be responsible for the strategic direction and business development of Cushman & Wakefield in Ireland.
Carthy will be based at Cushman & Wakefield’s Dublin office and will report to George Roberts, head of UK and Ireland.
