Frasers Property UK has let 10,000 sq ft to an unnamed pharmaceutical firm at Maxis Business Park in Bracknell.
The pharma firm is moving into fitted office space and reusing the previous occupants’ fit out, a move which is estimated to save 5.7 tonnes of CO2 when compared with installing a completely new space.
Following the latest letting, the 192,000 sq ft business park, which is located a short distance from Bracknell town centre, is around 88% let.
