Cushman & Wakefield is moving its West End office to Derwent London’s new 25 Baker Street office scheme.
The company will move from its current home in Portman Square to its new Baker Street address in September next year.
Cushman & Wakefield’s project and development services and workplace teams will handle the fit out of the office, which will offer “next-generation” office space with a shared roof terrace and sky room and “top-quality” end of journey facilities.
Derwent London is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, LEED Gold and an EPC A rating for the net zero carbon building.
Cushman & Wakefield has also secured new accommodation for its Birmingham office on the fifth floor of its current building at 1 Colmore Square. The fit out is currently underway with colleagues moving into the new space at the end of this month.
