Cotswolds Designer Outlet is almost fully let ahead of its opening next month following a flurry of new lettings totalling 13,500 sq ft.
The string of new deals brings total lettings at the outlet to 132,700 sq ft with one more unit in solicitors’ hands.
Only one store is now available to let at phase one of the outlet centre, which has sealed deals with 52 national and international retailers and F&B brands.
Multi-Realm has been leading on the leasing activity at the designer outlet on behalf of the developer and owner Robert Hitchins and will manage and operate the asset once it is completed.
Plans for phase two of the scheme, which will see the designer outlet extend by a further circa 50,000 sq ft, are underway.
