Logicor has let a 21,326 sq ft unit at Kennetside Industrial Estate on Bone Lane, Newbury, to Thatcham Butchers.
The company has taken the self-contained Unit B on a 10-year lease without a break at a rent of £10.50/sq ft.
The 31,672 sq ft Unit D is now the only unit available to let at the estate.
