Housing association Dolphin Living has appointed Jason Green as chair of the board.
Green, who has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate, funding and treasury, is currently managing partner of Liverpool Street Capital Advisors.
Prior to that he served as CEO of Halsbury Homes, head of financing advisory at Investec and was a corporate finance partner at PwC. Green has spent almost two years as a Dolphin Living board member and member of its acquisition, finance and development committee.
Dolphin has also appointed Setareh Neshati, director of regeneration and development at Westminster City Council, as the council’s representative on the board, and appointed Jess Wallis and Darren Parker to its acquisition, finance and development committee and Foong-Yee Cross to its audit and risk committee.
Wallis is a development director at Lendlease and leads on the Silvertown scheme; Parker serves as executive director of development at the London Legacy Development Corporation; and Foong-Yee worked for more then 20 years at Lendlease as a commercial and finance director and is now director of finance at Mencap.
