Tritax Big Box REIT has let a 391,000 sq ft logistics facility at Symmetry Park Rugby to an unnamed data management company.
The company has signed a 15-year lease on Unit 5 with open market rent reviews every five years.
Tritax said the rental level for the BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ rated unit had set a new high for the scheme.
