Renowned for high‑end fashion, luxury brands, and elegant listed buildings, King Street is a unique part of the city. Our strategy will reinforce its premium positioning, while ensuring that the retail offer remains varied, relevant, and resilient.”
Sarah O’Brien, director at DTZI, added: “We are delighted to bring Cushman & Wakefield’s expertise to King Street as we progress with the next phase of our strategy in building a renown, vibrant shopping destination for premium operators.
