Longmartin Properties has let 4,190 sq ft to modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant operator Brother Marcus at The Yards in London’s Covent Garden.
The two-floor unit at 23 Slingsby Place is the company’s fifth location in London and its largest site to date.
Alex Large and Tas Gaitanos, co-founders of Brother Marcus, said: “After four successful sites across London, we knew we wanted our fifth location to be spectacular, and with its two-floors and terraces overlooking The Yards, 23 Slingsby Place certainly delivers the wow factor. We’re thrilled to be bringing the Brother Marcus concept to central London with our largest site to date, and look forward to establishing the brand firmly in the heart of Covent Garden.”
