ECF has submitted plans for 263 new homes on a site to the north of the Farmer Norton car park in Salford.
Designed by Buttress Architects, the Old Adelphi development will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes across two buildings of five and six storeys.
The plans also include a third building providing 100 Passivhaus apartments being delivered by ECF, which are due to complete in 2026.
The Old Adelphi development forms part of Adelphi Village, a residential community of more than 800 homes, and one of the zones that make up the £2.5bn, 240-acre Crescent Salford masterplan.
Delivered by the Crescent Partnership, comprising Salford City Council, the University of Salford and ECF – a joint venture between Homes England, L&G and Muse – the Crescent Salford masterplan will see more than 3,000 new homes provided.
