Crossbay has let a 115,000 sq ft unit at Shawcross Business Park to engineering and services business NG Bailey.
Located just off Junction 40 of the M1 in south Leeds, the Shawcross 115 unit will support NG Bailey’s production capacity for Tata Group’s £4bn gigafactory project.
Crossbay acquired the last-mile warehouse when it was vacant, before completing a full refurbishment as part of its sustainability-led asset and capex management programme.
The EPC A-rated warehouse has been divided into two units and the second unit, Shawcross 55, is currently available to let.
