Arrow Capital Partners has let the 198,000 sq ft Aviator 200 unit at Aviator Park in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, to eCorrugated on a long-term lease.
The EPC A-rated unit has a clear internal height of 15.5m and provides 24 loading docks and three level access doors, alongside 38 trailer parking spaces and 172 car parking spaces.
The 280,000 sq ft Aviator Park industrial and logistics development provides direct access to major transport routes and international cargo terminals, including Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Port of Liverpool. The development also benefits from its position in the Liverpool City Region Freeport zone.
The asset is part of Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.
