Property consultancy Eddisons has relocated its Bradford office from the city centre to the east wing of Frank Marshall Estates’ Grade II-listed Newhall building.
The company has signed for 1,400 sq ft at the restored seventeenth century former manor house, which is located closed to the M606 and M62 motorways. Eddisons recently sold its office building in Bradford city centre to a residential developer.

“Despite economic struggles, the industrial market has remained resilient in Bradford, with strong demand for a range of property sizes and an appetite for industrial development sites and we are now in an even better location to service that market, as well as the office and investment markets.”
