Evolve Estates has acquired two retail assets totalling 16,218 sq ft in Teddington and Farnham for an undisclosed price.
In Teddington, Evolve has purchased a ground floor retail parade let to Boots, Costa, Holland & Barrett, Boots Opticians and Carpetright, and in Farnham it has acquired a single-let building occupied by Bill’s (pictured) on a long lease with an expiry in 2041.
