Real estate investor and developer Fabrix has appointed Helen Newman as director of sustainable investing.
Newman, who has more than 20 years’ experience, joins from CBRE where she was head of sustainable capital working across the firm’s capital market business.
She is vice chair of the ULI UK Sustainability Product Council, is on the CREFC ESG task group, and is a member of the CIBSE Knowledge Panel.
At Fabrix, Newman will work alongside director of impact Debbie Whitfield and drive sustainable impact across the business.
