Prologis has let the 79,840 sq ft DC5b unit at Prologis Park West London to Relay.

The business, which signed for the 98,122 sq ft DC5a unit at the park last year, will use the additional space to support further growth, strengthen operational efficiency and enhance service levels for customers.

Relay’s growth has been supported by Prologis Ventures, the venture capital arm of Prologis, which invests in innovative companies helping to shape the future of supply chains, logistics and real estate.

Jason Pickering, VP of capital deployment at Prologis UK, said: “Relay’s growth story demonstrates the pace at which technology is reshaping last-mile logistics. Since establishing its operations at Prologis Park West London, the business has expanded rapidly, secured new contracts and built a strong platform for future growth. We’re delighted to support the next stage of that journey through the leasing of DC5b.”

SBH represented Relay and CBRE, DTRE and Savills represented Prologis.
