Europa Capital and joint venture partner Hobart Partners have secured two new office leasing deals totalling around 14,400 sq ft at the newly refurbished Grade A office building Fetter Yard, in London’s Midtown.

Eigen Technologies has taken circa 10,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at the 101,000 sq ft building and an unnamed London-based law firm has agreed to take circa 4,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

Following the completion of these deals, Fetter Yard, which spans eight floors and is rated BREEAM Very Good, is now 70% occupied.

Simon Hooper, partner, head of portfolio and asset management at Europa Capital, which acquired the building in December 2016, said: “The ongoing leasing momentum is a strong vote of confidence in the asset, as well as Grade A offices in London which meet occupier expectations for quality and location. Following the successful refurbishment of the building, we continue to experience a good level of occupier interest and remain focused on letting the remainder of the space at Fetter Yard.”

Farebrother and Knight Frank are joint agents on the building.
