Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have let two units totalling approximately 45,000 sq ft at Urban Crawley to global pharmaceutical company Pharmacare Europe.
The scheme is now 70% let with just one 19,000 sq ft unit available. All of the units have BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.
Urban Crawley is located at the heart of the Manor Royal Business District, just 1.8 miles from Crawley town centre.
