Revantage Real Estate has completed new lettings and lease extensions totalling circa 50,000 sq ft at Chiswick Park.
Japanese pharmaceutical company Chugai has taken 5,000 sq ft in Building 4 for its UK and European headquarters and Chinese automotive company Omoda Jaecoo has signed for 10,000 sq ft in the same building.
Estate agency Foxtons, a long-standing occupier at the park, is relocating from Building 1 to 21,000 sq ft in Building 12, and technology company Amdocs has agreed a lease extension on the 8,000 sq ft it occupies in Building 4.
Calum Spence, asset management director at Revantage Real Estate, said: “Chiswick Park is one of London’s most successful and vibrant business communities. Its capacity to attract new companies while maintaining a remarkable retention rate of long-standing guests shows no signs of abating and we look forward to seeing further leasing activity in the second half of the year.”
Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are the joint leasing agents at Chiswick Park.
