Folkes Properties has let the 57,421 sq ft Britannia Point unit at Britannia Trading Estate in Wednesbury to Orapi Maintenance UK on a 15-year lease.
The state-of-the art facility, which was previously occupied by Amazon, features 15 loading doors and will serve as Orapi’s new UK base.
Mark Pearson, manufacturing director at Orapi Maintenance, said: “We faced real challenges, from securing a power supply capable of supporting growth to planning seamless machinery relocation without disrupting production. But the result is a flexible, future-proof facility that supports our ambitious growth plans.”

The letting was brokered by Bulleys and Savills.
