The former managing director of Office Space in Town (OSiT) has launched a new office search company called Flex-Re Spaces.
Simon Eastlake, alongside co-founder Colin Becker and senior associate Olly Becker, who are both formerly of Metrus, are behind the new consultancy, which has completed its first deal in Mayfair.
The company has secured 20 desks on a 24-month deal for a US sporting brand’s new London HQ at Flex by Grosvenor’s 66 Grosvenor St.
Eastlake said: “Flex-Re Spaces will redefine the office brokerage model by combining the professionalism of property advisory with flexible workspace operational expertise. Our approach offers clients a faster, simpler way to find an office that suits their brand and team culture in the right location.”
He added: “The future growth of the flexible workspace sector as a whole depends on building strategic partnerships, which is why we have launched a generous partnership programme from day one, sharing commission with referral partners, likely to be in the agency and advisory, design and build and facilities management fields.”
