Frasers Group has appointed Savills to provide property management services at the 250,000 sq ft Swindon Designer Outlet centre.
The centre, which comprises 110 units, is set within the historic Great Western Railway buildings in the heart of the city.
Savills will provide property management and operational support across the scheme to ensure the smooth running of the destination.
