Aviva and Socius have appointed Gensler to lead the design of a new district for cancer research and treatment at the London Cancer Hub (LCH) in Sutton, London.
LCH will comprise 1m sq ft of labs, R&D space, healthcare facilities and supporting accommodation, set within new landscaped green spaces.
The hub will be integrated with existing world-class facilities on the five-hectare site, which include the Institute of Cancer Research, Royal Marsden Hospital and the Innovation Gateway. Savills and Arup are also part of the LCH project team.
