Global Branded Residences (GBR) has made a series of strategic new hires.
Peter Grmek, who spent five years at Savills advising on branded residential and mixed-use developments, has been appointed head of consultancy. In his new role, Grmek will be responsible for leading GBR’s consultancy offering, providing strategic consultancy advice to clients across feasibility, project positioning, brand advisory and brand premiums studies
GBR has also appointed Grégoire Nallet from Accor as a development consultant, Jade Hoang as brand selection and negotiation manager and Ana Bucur as business development manager.
