Godwin Developments has hired Yuved Bheenick as the company’s new residential development director.
Prior to joining Godwin, Bheenick held senior roles at residential developers such as Places for People, Vistry Group, Linden Homes and Taylor Wimpey.
In his new role, Bheenick will be based in Godwin’s central St James’s Square office and will focus on identifying and acquiring prime development sites, overseeing the planning and design process, and managing the construction of residential projects. He will also be responsible for working with local authorities and other stakeholders to secure planning permissions and necessary approvals.
