Grainger chief executive Helen Gordon received a damehood in the King’s Birthday Honours List.
Gordon received her damehood for services to the real estate industry, helping shape housing policy through government taskforces, supporting the development of new communities, and championing charitable initiatives like LandAid’s work tackling youth homelessness.
Gordon said: “It is a great honour to receive a damehood in His Majesty’s Birthday Honours. I am immensely privileged to have the opportunity to lead an organisation which is focussed on improving the lives of renters and building more homes. The honour reflects the amazing work of the Grainger team and our shared belief of the importance of good housing and strong communities in our society.”
