Social enterprise Grosvenor Hart Homes is seeking to engage with private developers, contractors and other registered providers as it looks to expand its portfolio in the North West of England.
Launched in 2023 by the Duke of Westminster, the registered provider is seeking opportunities in Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and South Lancashire.
Preferred properties should be tenure-blind, well-located near amenities and scheduled for delivery within the next 12 to 36 months. A range of acquisition options is available depending on circumstances.
