Social darts bar brand Flight Club has signed for a 6,211 sq ft unit at ONE Station Hill in Reading on a 15-year lease.
The new venue will front more than two acres of new public realm at the £850m mixed-use development, which sits at the heart of the town centre.
Flight Club launched its first site in 2015 in Shoreditch and currently operates more than 30 locations across the UK, Ireland, Australia and America.
Alex Aitchison, from Lincoln Property Company, speaking on behalf of the Lincoln MGT joint venture which is delivering the mixed-use development, said: “It’s fantastic to be welcoming Flight Club to Station Hill, right in the heart of Reading. Station Hill is already a buzzing, well-connected destination that people in Reading enjoy and take pride in. We’re confident that Flight Club will add even more energy to that experience and strengthen our popular retail and leisure offering, reinforcing our position as a key destination in the Thames Valley where people want to work, live and play. We look forward to welcoming Flight Club to our award-winning scheme.”
Steve Moore, CEO and co-founder of Flight Club, added: “Get ready, Reading! We are thrilled to be bringing the Flight Club experience to Station Hill next year. We’re setting up shop right in the heart of the action to deliver what we do best: high-energy fun, incredible cocktails and unforgettable social moments. We are already looking forward to opening the doors and kicking off the party in 2026.”
