Habiko has submitted a planning application for 240 new affordable homes in Warrington town centre.
The application, which is the first submitted by the affordable homes partnership between Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), Muse and Homes England, seeks consent for a 100% affordable housing scheme at Academy Way.
The proposals for the site, which is owned by Warrington Borough Council, comprise two six-storey apartment buildings providing a mix of one- and two-bedroom affordable apartments, arranged around a central landscaped courtyard.
Launched in late 2024, Habiko focuses on delivering low carbon, low energy affordable homes for rent.
