Colliers Capital Advisory has bolstered its team with the appointment of real estate finance specialists Azeemeh Zaheer and Edward Raynor.
Zaheer, who has more than 20 years of global c-suite experience in asset management and investment banking, has joined the firm as a director. She most recently served as chief business officer and head of private equity at AMSYS Group.
In her new role, Zaheer will play a pivotal role in structuring debt and equity solutions for clients and collaborating across global markets to uncover investment and joint venture opportunities for UK and Gulf Cooperation Council projects.
Raynor, who joins the debt and structured finance team as an associate director, has extensive real estate debt and capital markets experience and previously worked for the likes of Eastdil Secured, Morgan Stanley and Leumi UK.
