Wingstop and Bagel Factory have signed for space at Hammerson’s Westquay shopping centre in Southampton.
US fast food operator Wingstop has signed a 15-year lease on a 3,730 sq ft unit and Bagel Factory has taken a 770 sq ft unit on a 10-year term.
Victoria Broadhead of Bruce Gillingham Pollard, who advised Hammerson on the lettings, said: “A vibrant and fresh food and drink offer is an intrinsic part of Westquay and we are constantly looking for opportunities to bring in concepts that complement the shopping and leisure offer across this very successful centre.”
Antonio Ghirarduzzi advised Bagel Factory and Braiser Feeth advised Wingstop.
