Eleanor Healthcare Group has signed a 10-year lease on the 9,486 sq ft third floor of Building 17 at T Bromley.
The circa 52,000 sq ft office scheme comprises two buildings – Building 17 and Building 15 – joined together by a new single large reception.
Following the letting to Eleanor Healthcare Group, there is just 12,600 sq ft of office accommodation available to let at T Bromley, which is located close to Bromley North and Bromley South train stations.
