Welbeck Health Partners has taken the entire 32,000 sq ft lab-enabled Orion Building at Howard Group’s Unity Campus in Cambridge.
The healthcare provider, which operates the flagship OneWelbeck facility in London and has a second facility coming on stream in Oxford next year, has signed a 30-year lease on the recently completed building.
The company intends to invest more than £25m to transform the building into a state-of-the-art healthcare centre of excellence.
