Healthcare provider Re:Cognition Health has signed a 20-year lease with The Howard de Walden Estate on a new 7,765 sq ft facility at 62-64 New Cavendish Street in the Harley Street Health District.

The company, which has been operating out of three sites across Marylebone for the past 12 years, will bring together all of its services in London under one roof.

Mark Kildea, chief executive officer of The Howard de Walden Estate, said: “We are delighted to accommodate Re:Cognition Health’s expansion in Harley Street Health District. Re:Cognition already operates a highly regarded medical facility on our estate, and it was important that we help them with the next stage of their growth. The Howard de Walden team has enjoyed working with the Re:Cognition team in the delivery of its new healthcare facility, which will provide an unparalleled offering to its patients.

“With a focus on preventative health, cognitive impairment and mental wellbeing, Re:Cognition Health’s model of care is hugely aligned to our evolving healthcare strategy – as we aim to be a world leading location for whole health and innovation.”

Dustin Reibe, from Re:Cognition Health, added: “Having operated in the Harley Street Health District for more than a decade, it was only right that we found a new, long-term home in this esteemed and well-connected destination. Working closely with the team at Howard de Walden, we have completed an extensive refurbishment to allow our patients to navigate their treatments through purpose-built zones, ensuring a streamlined and personalised healthcare experience.”
