Hillview Real Estate has let 4,402 sq ft to chemical and ingredients distribution business Brenntag at Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds.
The company has taken the space on the ground floor of Lawnswood House on a seven-year lease at a rent of £18.50/sq ft. Brenntag will now undertake an extensive fit-out of the office to include laboratory space.
A year ago, Brenntag took the 6,260 sq ft ground floor of Alexandra House on an eight-year lease to add to its 14,000 sq ft UK headquarters space at Alpha House at the 150,000 sq ft Lawnswood Business Park.
