Homes England has put one of the last remaining prime development sites on Newcastle’s Quayside up for sale.
Plot 12 is a 1.97-acre waterfront site situated at East Quayside between Newcastle Quayside and City Road.
Surrounded by hotels, restaurants and leisure destinations, the site comprises a section of land at quayside level, together with a higher section of land rising to City Road.
Subject to planning, the plot is suitable for a range of uses including residential, mixed-use development and boutique commercial or hospitality accommodation.
