Hortons has sold three industrial assets totalling more than 266,000 sq ft at Saxon Park, Corby, to LBA Logistics.
The multimillion-pound transaction comprises Saxon 58, which is let to Russell & Bromley, and the newly created 79,928 sq ft Saxon 80 and 131,536 sq ft Saxon 132 units.
