The Sirius Hotel Group has appointed Matt Lederer to the newly-created role of director of acquisitions.
Lederer most recently served as hotel acquisitions director at private equity firm Castleforge and prior to that he held senior roles within professional services, including SVP at JLL and development director at Marriott International.
Lederer said: “I am thrilled to be joining The Sirius Hotel Group at this pivotal stage of its expansion. The hotel sector continues to move into the mainstream as an asset class, and with it comes growing demand from investors for the experience and knowledge found across the team at The Sirius Hotel Group.”
