Property and construction consultancy McBains has bolstered its Manchester office with the appointment of two new project directors.
Neil Stubbs, who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, joins McBains from AECOM, where he was a director overseeing major project delivery concerning multi agency defence infrastructure. He also served as interim director of estate development at the University of Manchester.
McBains has also hired Tristan Saunders from Identity Consult, where he led the delivery of a number of high-profile projects and served as higher education sector lead across various programmes. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Mace, JLL and Bruntwood.
