The iconic late night Bill Chill venue in London’s King’s Cross has been put up for sale.
The property, which is available either on a new lease or freehold basis, occupies a prominent position on Pentonville Road and extends to approximately 10,000 sq ft.
The venue is arranged across basement, ground and first floor levels and is complemented by a substantial external terrace.
Richard Bigg, managing director of Big Chill, said: “We’ve done well and had lots of good times over 25 years with The Big Chill including the festival and the bars and we’ll look back fondly on the whole experience. We now feel it’s time to concentrate all our efforts on our Spanish group of Camino restaurants, Bar Rioja and Pintxito.”
